Commercial Finance Analyst

Milton Keynes (Office-based initially, moving to hybrid)

Are you a driven finance professional looking to develop your commercial impact within a fast-paced hospitality environment? We’re partnering with a growing hospitality business based in Milton Keynes to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their dynamic finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone studying (or looking to study) towards ACCA / CIMA and keen to gain real commercial exposure in a business-facing role.

As Commercial Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting operational and commercial decision-making across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll provide insightful analysis that drives performance and profitability. This role will be office-based initially to support onboarding and collaboration, with hybrid flexibility available after probation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Producing weekly and monthly performance reports
• Analysing revenue, margin and cost performance
• Business partnering with operational teams
• Supporting pricing and promotional analysis
• Assisting with month-end processes and variance analysis
• Identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or actively studying
• Analytical, commercially curious and detail-oriented
• Confident working with large data sets (Excel skills essential)
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
• Experience in hospitality, retail, FMCG or a multi-site environment would be advantageous
