The Finance Administrator is responsible for managing and processing various aspects within the Accounts Payable function, to ensure the smooth running of customer orders as well as cash flow to the Company, as well as Customer Relations, and will need to show excellent communication skills as there will be a great deal of discussion within the department.
The ideal person will have good all round admin skills and may have worked in a support role within a finance team (this is NOT and Accounts role)
If you are a SAP user that would be an advantage but not essential
Responsibilities
* Assisting with reviewing, and setting up of, new customer accounts on SAP
* Controlling the Drop Shipment processes within the Finance department (training will be given)
* Assisting with many tasks within the Finance team such as Accounts payable and invoicing
Essential skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective organization and planning skills
• Resourcefulness, innovative and creative thinking
• Exacting attention to detail and thoroughness
• Proficient in basic PC skills, Microsoft Word & Excel: preferably SAP knowledge
