Were experiencing an exciting phase of global growth and are looking for a talented Credit Controller to join our dynamic and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Continental Europe clients and make a real impact on our cash flow and client relationships across multiple countries. As our EMEA Credit Controller you will play a key role in managing high‑volume ledgers and ensuring smooth financial operations across our European hubs.
This is not just a number‑crunching role; you’ll actively build relationships, resolve queries and help shape the way we work with clients across Europe. Your Dutch and Spanish language skills will be critical in supporting our Continental Europe markets.
- Take ownership of the shared inbox and respond to client queries with professionalism and speed.
- Collect outstanding debt from corporate clients across Europe while maintaining excellent relationships.
- Minimise bad debt and maintain healthy cash flow with effective and courteous debt‑collection calls.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently, keeping detailed collections notes.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure clients on stop are managed appropriately.
- Contribute to process improvements and help shape best practices across the EMEA region.
- Ideally previous experience in a high‑volume credit control role, however any administration‑based experience in a fast‑paced environment could be considered.
- Proficiency in Dutch and Spanish; or fluency in Dutch as a priority.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP or similar financial systems.
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently while contributing to a team.
