Management Accountant

Our client is seeking a Management Accountant to join their team in Milton Keynes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic financial team, with the responsibility of producing monthly management accounting and reporting information. You will have the chance to contribute significantly to the company's financial strategy, ensuring all regulatory and legal changes are adhered to.

The role comes with a competitive salary of £65,000.

What you'll do:

• Production of monthly management accounting and reporting information
• Preparation of general ledgers journals, including involvement in intercompany reconciliation process
• Preparation of month-end journals, including accruals, divisional recharges and recurring charges
• Ownership and preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations
• Assistance with production of information and data for VAT and tax returns

The ideal candidate for this Management Accountant position brings a wealth of experience in management accounting. You have a proven track record in preparing general ledgers journals, handling balance sheet account reconciliations, assisting with VAT and tax returns, developing reporting solutions, and providing ad-hoc management reporting and financial analysis. A keen understanding of relevant regulatory and legal changes is also required.
