Are you an experienced accountant with a passion for driving change? We're looking for a Finance Product Development Accountant to join our team and play a key role in shaping financial processes for cross‑functional change initiatives. You'll represent Finance in major projects, ensuring compliance, minimising disruption, and supporting continuous improvement. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Possesses strong technical accounting knowledge, experience with finance product development, and demonstrable leadership and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to drive cross‑functional change initiatives, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
