This role is key to ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient financial processes, and robust planning to support decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring strong financial control and compliance.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts and board packs, including KPIs.
• Lead statutory reporting, audit, tax filings, and liaison with external advisors.
• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow modelling processes.
• Assist the CFO in preparing materials for investors, lenders, and potential acquirers.
