An established organisation operating within the manufacturing/ FMCG space are looking to appoint an Accounts Payable Administrator to support its finance team. The role sits within a busy operational environment and will suit someone with prior transactional finance experience.

• Processing supplier invoices in line with internal controls
• Supporting the accounts payable function on a day‑to‑day basis
• Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations and query resolution
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely approval and processing
• Providing general finance administration support as required

• Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance administration role
• Comfortable working with finance systems and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to manage workload in a fast‑paced environment
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
