Land Surveyor

Overview

Land Surveyor – Milton Keynes. Our client offers a wide range of geospatial services including topographical surveys, measured building surveys, 3D laser scanning, BIM surveys, mobile mapping and GIS, PAS
128 utility surveys, CCTV drainage condition surveys and structural and environmental monitoring. Their surveying services cover sectors including commercial, retail, manufacturing, education, health, heritage, legal, rail, highways, utilities, renewables, residential, urban regeneration and many more. They are now looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join their growing team to cover Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

• Carry out land and topographical surveys using equipment such as Total Stations, Laser Scanners and GNSS.
• Process data using software such as Brics
  
  CAD and SCC, and produce detailed final 2D/3D surveys.
• Lead projects from start to finish and liaise with clients throughout, keeping them updated during the project.
• Create technical survey reports, ensure compliance, and assist junior surveyors when required.

• At least 3 years' experience producing Land/Topographical surveys.
• Experience with a wide range of survey instrumentation and post-processing skills to deliver detailed final 2D/3D surveys.
