Job Title: Clean Air Validation Engineer

Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Salary/Benefits: £30k - £50k + Training & Benefits

Due to continued company success, our client is recruiting for a highly qualified and technical Cleanroom Validation Engineer, with strong industry experience and technical knowledge. The role is within a prestigious and highly respected name within the Critical Air / Clean Air industry, who have a strong portfolio of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare client contracts. Applicants must be able to hit the ground running and will be expected to travel in line with client requirements.

• Strong experience working as a Clean Air Validation Engineer
• Must have worked across Pharmaceutical and Healthare premises
• Fully conversant in HTM 0301 and HSG 258 guidelines
• Will hold the BOHS P601 as a minimum
• Ideally will be qualified with the CP (competent persons) and / or AP (authorised persons)
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

• Completing validations, verifications and balancing of critical air systems across healthcare and pharmaceutical premises
• Validations of clean rooms within clean air environments
• Testing and servicing of microbiological safety cabinets and laminar flows
• Conducting thorough testing of LEV systems
• DOP and HEPA filter testing
• Completing remedial works on systems and components
• Identifying potential system errors and non-conformities
• Producing bespoke technical service reports
• Travelling in line with company requirements
