We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Humanities Teacher to join one of our fantastic partner schools in Milton Keynes. Whether you are an experienced educator or an early-career teacher looking to further develop your practice within a supportive environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

The Role

Deliver high-quality, engaging Humanities lessons that spark curiosity and foster analytical thinking.

Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.

Plan and deliver creative teaching strategies that support students of all abilities.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum initiatives and improve student outcomes.

Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and academic support to help students achieve their full potential.

Requirements

A degree in Humanities, History, Geography, or a related field (QTS or equivalent is highly desirable).

Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching humanities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to inspire, challenge, and motivate students to reach their full potential.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching practice.
