Salary: £90 – £120 per day

Key Responsibilities- Provide structured 1:1 and small‑group mentoring to help pupils develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to boost engagement, motivation, and resilience.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral teams, and SENCOs to implement personalised mentoring plans.
- Track, monitor, and provide feedback on pupil progress to staff and parents/carers.
- Support pupils in developing self‑esteem, emotional regulation, independent learning, and study habits.
- Contribute to targeted interventions designed to remove barriers to learning.
- Experience working with children or young people in a school, mentoring, pastoral, or youth support role (advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Calm, patient, empathetic, and solution‑focused, especially when dealing with challenging situations.
- Passionate about helping pupils make positive progress in all areas of their development.
- Adaptable and able to respond effectively to a wide range of pupil needs.
