Supply Desk is looking for passionate and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team supporting schools across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. About You
Are you passionate about helping students with special educational needs thrive? Whether you have experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or other SEN, or you're looking to begin a career in education, we have opportunities to suit your skill set.

Requirements
Experience in a support role within an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
Knowledge of special educational needs and strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, learning disabilities, and other SEN needs
Strong communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
Flexibility and adaptability to work across different school settings and SEN environments
