We are currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a variety of schools in Milton Keynes and the wider Buckinghamshire area.

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
• Work closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to deliver individual learning plans and support strategies
• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
• Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Previous experience supporting children or young people in any capacity (school-based or otherwise)
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children
• A genuine interest in supporting pupils with SEN
• Ability to work well within a team and follow direction from teaching staff
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred, as public transport may limit your ability to reach some schools

• Competitive daily pay (£95-£110)
• Flexible work during school term time only
