Start Date: Easter 2026 or September 2026
Contract: Flexible (Full‑Time, Part‑Time, Short‑Term, Long‑Term)

• Deliver tailored lessons across core subjects such as Mathematics, English, Science, Humanities, Languages, and more.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse academic, social, and behavioural needs of students.
• Implement effective classroom management to promote positive behaviour and a respectful learning environment.
• Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and personalised support.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and senior leaders to implement targeted support strategies.
• Create an inclusive classroom where every student feels valued and encouraged to participate.

• Passionate about supporting students with SEN and behavioural needs in secondary settings.
• Qualified teachers preferred; unqualified teachers with relevant experience and dedication will also be considered.
• Skilled at adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs.
• Creative, resilient, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Strong communicator who works effectively with students and colleagues.
