DTMK is a growing, values-led driving school based in and around Milton Keynes. We are known for high standards, strong learner support and a professional, people-focused approach to training new drivers and instructors alike.

As we expand carefully into areas bordering Milton Keynes, we are looking to welcome new members to our instructional team.

We are looking for:

• Fully qualified Approved Driving Instructors (ADI)
• Potential Driving Instructors (PDI) who would benefit from structured support whilst completing qualification
• Motivated new trainees looking to begin their journey into driver training

This is a self-employed role, operated through a structured franchise-style model rather than salaried employment. You run your own business with the backing, branding, systems and support of DTMK.

We welcome applications from instructors based in Milton Keynes and neighboring areas as we continue our planned, strategic expansion.

Manual and automatic instructors are both encouraged to apply.
