SEN Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants
Location:
Milton Keynes & Buckinghamshire
Rate: £95-£110 per day
Schedule:
Weekdays, Term-Time Only
Drivers Preferred
We are currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a variety of schools in Milton Keynes and the wider Buckinghamshire area.

The Role:
Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
Work closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to deliver individual learning plans and support strategies
Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting children or young people in any capacity (school-based or otherwise)
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children
A genuine interest in supporting pupils with SEN
Ability to work well within a team and follow direction from teaching staff
Driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred, as public transport may limit your ability to reach some schools
