Celta and Delta trainer

English Language House is a small language school specializing in teaching English to foreign students. We hold Accreditation UK and offer the CELTA and Delta courses to candidates who want to train to teach English as a Foreign Language and experienced teachers who want to advance their careers with a post graduate qualification.

We are seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced CELTA and Delta trainer to join our team. S/he will deliver high-quality teacher training sessions during our CELTA and DELTA programmes. Responsibilities will include lesson planning, providing constructive feedback to trainees, assessing assignments, and supporting trainees' professional development. Ensuring adherence to Cambridge Assessment standards and contributing to maintaining high-quality training outcomes are essential aspects of the role.

• Strong knowledge of CELTA and DELTA frameworks and experience in delivering these training programs
• Teaching skills including lesson planning, classroom management, and delivering engaging, learner-centered training
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and assess trainees' performance effectively
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and mentor trainees
• Proficiency in remote teaching and familiarity with online training platforms and tools
• CELTA and DELTA teacher trainer certification (essential)
• Experience in English language teaching and teacher training at various skill levels
