Job Overview

We are currently recruiting experienced and passionate SIA Trainers to deliver Level 2 Door Supervision training courses at our partner colleges across the country.

These courses are aimed at unemployed individuals seeking to enter the security industry. The programme runs for 8-10 consecutive weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This is a rewarding opportunity to help learners gain essential qualifications and improve their employment prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality SIA Door Supervision (Level
    2) training in line with awarding body standards
  • Support and motivate learners throughout the training and assessment process
  • Adapt delivery to suit learner needs, including those who may require extra support
  • Plan and assess learner progress using appropriate methods
  • Maintain accurate training records and evidence for audit purposes
  • Liaise with referral partners such as Jobcentre Plus and local employers
  • Participate in standardisation activities to ensure quality and consistency
What We’re Looking For
  • Valid SIA licence (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the Door Supervision Level 2 syllabus and assessment practices
  • Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
