Approx. £140 - £195 per day (dependent on MPS and experience)

Are you a qualified Teacher with QTS looking for flexible supply work within a SEND setting? Whether you are an experienced SEND practitioner or an ECT looking to build confidence and experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility.

We are working on behalf of a welcoming and well-resourced SEN school in Milton Keynes, seeking reliable and adaptable Supply SEND Teachers for an ASAP start.

This role is ideal for teachers who:

* Hold QTS and have UK teaching experience

* Are passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils with additional needs

* Want flexible supply work within a specialist SEN environment

* Are looking to gain SEND experience or already have experience in a school or care setting

* Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, supportive team

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to pupils with a range of SEND needs

* Adapt quickly to different classes and learning environments

* Support pupils with complex learning, emotional, or behavioural needs

* Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

* Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure continuity of learning

Key Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (essential)

* UK classroom teaching experience

* A flexible, calm, and empathetic approach

* A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND

* SEN experience is desirable but not essential - support and guidance provided
