Contract: Full-Time

Salary: £90 – £110 per day

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with behavioural difficulties
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies in collaboration with teachers and support staff
• Build positive working relationships with students, offering guidance, motivation, and pastoral support
• Assist in developing and delivering personalised behaviour plans
• Monitor and record student progress, maintaining clear communication with staff and parents/carers

• Previous experience supporting students with behavioural needs (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a solution-focused approach
• Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
• A genuine passion for supporting young people’s social and emotional development
