Stenton Obhi Architects is a small but ambitious RIBA Chartered Practice based in Milton Keynes. With a diverse and expanding portfolio across a range of project types, we are committed to delivering high-quality, thoughtful design and technical excellence.

We are looking for a RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ UK post‑qualification experience to join our team in a long‑term role. This is an opportunity for an architect who is dynamic, confident, and determined, and who wants to play an integral role in shaping the future of the practice.

• Lead and contribute to projects across all RIBA Plan of Work stages
  , from concept through to completion.
• Produce high‑quality design work, technical drawings, and construction details.
• Coordinate planning applications and liaise with local authorities, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations Approved Documents, Planning Policy, and Legislation
  .
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a small, supportive team.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice.

• RIBA Part 3 qualified, with minimum 5 years’ UK experience post‑qualification
  .
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
  .
• Skilled in Sketch Up, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (essential).
• Additional 3D modelling and rendering experience advantageous.
• Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work under own initiative.
• Live within a commutable distance of Milton Keynes and hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Must be a UK resident or hold an appropriate work permit.
