Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, Admin Assistant
Following an exciting development, The Guinness Partnership is expanding our team and are recruiting for a Housing Assistant to join our team in Milton Keynes on a 12 month fixed term contract.
As a Housing assistant, you will assist with the delivery of the Customer Liaison Service, by providing administrative support and resident query management across the function to achieve positive outcomes for Guinness and customers.
This is the first step on our career pathway for housing professionals.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to data input, customer data information management, raising repairs, system updates, raising purchase orders and answering routine resident enquiries and making routine outbound calls to residents.
This is an agile role with substantial field‑based work. Although you’ll have a Milton Keynes office base, much of your time will be spent out on your patch engaging with residents and supporting service delivery. Therefore, a full valid drivers licence and access to your own vehicle is required.

You will also be able to demonstrate:- Experience of providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience working in a fast‑paced front‑line role.
- Experience working to deadlines and targets.
- Ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
- Proven ability to provide accurate and clear responses to routine customer enquiries – by telephone, email, text and in writing.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Educated to Level 2 (C+ or 9-4 GCSE or equivalent) or higher
- CIH Level 3 or working towards.
