Customer Service Administrator
Magna Park, Milton Keynes
Permanent – Immediate Start
Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm | Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm
£28,000 per annum
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic and quality-focused Customer Operations Team based at Magna Park, Milton Keynes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to play a key role in delivering first-class service and administrative support to all customers.

The Role
Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery and operational accuracy across your allocated customer accounts. You will liaise directly with customers and their administrative teams, whilst also providing support to the business.
The position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and can manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Completing all customer operations functions effectively, accurately and within agreed lead times.
Maintaining clear and effective communication channels with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ensuring all services delivered to allocated accounts meet or exceed agreed service levels and KPIs.
Monitoring that all expected orders are received, processed accurately and in a timely manner. Investigating and resolving any missing orders or discrepancies.
Coordinating with customers, the distribution centre and the sales team to ensure deadlines and service expectations are consistently met.
Managing and resolving customer, stakeholder and public enquiries, making swift and accurate decisions where required.
Providing administrative support for customers visiting the site.
Supporting fellow Customer Operations Assistants and covering responsibilities where necessary.

About You
Previous experience in a customer service or customer operations environment.
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident handling high volumes of data.
Intermediate-level Excel skills (essential).

Experience with SAP would be advantageous, though not essential.
Highly organised, methodical and solution-focused.
A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Someone who does not shy away from the phones.
