Service Coordinator (18‑Month Fixed Term Contract)

We are seeking a highly organised and customer‑focused Service Coordinator to act as the vital link between customers, field service engineers, partners, and internal teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring service operations run efficiently, accurately, and in line with company standards.

• Handle inbound customer calls via the dedicated MSC/Customer Service hotline.
• Manage mailbox enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Accurately log faults within MS Dynamics CRM for Sysmex and partner supplier equipment.
• Schedule emergency call‑outs, routine maintenance visits, and urgent field corrective actions.
• Work collaboratively with the Field Service Engineering team to meet customer requirements.
• Collate data and update cases within MS Dynamics CRM; create reports for Account Managers; manage partner supplier equipment maintenance and liaise with customers to organise visits.
• Escalate customer issues where appropriate; update MS Dynamics CRM for newly installed partner supplier equipment; support inventory management processes.
• Continuously strengthen and develop relationships with business partners; act as a key coordination point between internal and external stakeholders.
