We're on the lookout for experienced customer resolutions specialists to join our client, Volkswagen Financial Services UK.

Customer Resolutions - Specialist Executive
Location:
Hybrid - 3 x Days on-site p/week in Milton Keynes
Salary: £26,500 + benefits
What you'll be doing:
Managing high-risk and complex complaints end-to-end
Handling CEO, social media and vulnerable customer escalations
Making fair, commercially sound redress decisions
Acting as a subject matter expert across complaints processes
Identifying root cause trends and driving process improvements
What we're looking for:
Financial services or regulated sector experience
Strong complaint handling and stakeholder management skills
Confident decision-maker with excellent written communication
