Multilingual Customer Service Advisor

Location:

Milton Keynes – Hybrid Working Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 (depending on languages)

Hours:

Monday – Friday

This role requires fluency in both written and spoken English, German, and either Spanish, French or Italian.

The Role

We are seeking exceptional multilingual individuals to join our expanding team as Customer Service Advisors within the automotive sector. You will engage with customers via Web Chat, Email, Whats App, and online platforms, delivering a premium 5-star experience across six European markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via web chat, email and Whats App.
  • Communicate fluently in English, German and Spanish/French/Italian.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across UK, France, Germany, Poland, Spain and Italy.
