The roleWorking as part of the Customer Services team, this role is vital in providing high-quality customer service as the first point of contact for all enquiries. The Customer Service & Ranking Administrator will ensure smooth and accurate management of membership and ranking data, supporting the integrity of Table Tennis England’s competitive structure.
The role involves responding to telephone enquiries, maintaining the quality of data on the membership database through accurate and timely processing of membership information from various sources (paper forms, electronic submissions, spreadsheets, and other software). Additionally, the Ranking Officer will be responsible for effectively managing ranking result entries, the ranking database, and handling any related queries.
The opportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join Table Tennis England’s Customer Services team and play a key role in supporting members and players nationwide. You will be at the forefront of delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the accuracy and reliability of membership and ranking data.
The role offers the chance to work closely with players, tournament organisers, and internal teams, contributing to the smooth operation of the ranking system that underpins competitive play. Your work will help maintain trust and transparency in the sport, ensuring that rankings reflect performance and encourage participation at all levels.
