Job DescriptionBe the Face of a Global Brand – Front of House / Brand Ambassador
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, proactive and people-focused Front of House Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic STARS team at Securitas, based at our prestigious Head Office, Cobra House, Milton Keynes (MK17 8LX
). This is not your average front-of-house role. Our STARS provide a “two roles in one” service, you’ll deliver outstanding customer experience while maintaining a discreet, professional security presence — making a real impact every single day.
From welcoming global corporate clients and senior leaders, right through to liaising with country presidents, contractors, delivery drivers and postmen, you’ll be the calm, professional and friendly first point of contact for everyone who walks through the door.

Who We’re Looking ForYou’ll be someone who:

Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner
- Deliver a consistently high-end customer focused experience
- Embody a high-performance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same
- Ensure the workplace (reception, toilets, kitchen, lobby, office, etc.) is visually of a high standard
- Work closely with client contacts (Facilities Manager, Office Manager, etc.) to ensure the office and/or front of house environment is a great place to visit and work
- Assist in emergency situations
- Provide timely and accurate information
- Respond appropriately to varying and fast changing priorities
- Build strong rapport with reoccurring customers (client staff, visitors, contractors, etc.)
- Represent Securitas and the client organisation in a manner that is in-keeping with the values, brand identity and culture of both
Essential criteria:
- 5 year checkable history
- Exceptional Customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Full UK Driving license (issued prior to 1997 and/or have Category D1 listed)
- Ability to deliver VIP travel and transportation
- Confident in driving an 8-seater minibus (you will be required to visit supermarkets, outlets and other, as requested by the building Manager).
