We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Central Milton Keynes for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
The role includes:- Managing a shared inbox and responding to customer emails
- Chasing up information on services or parts
- Keeping accurate records of communications
- Providing excellent customer support
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial, but not essential
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and gain experience in a busy customer service environment.
