We’re currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a live project in Milton Keynes. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and a solid background in civils, electrical, and structural construction.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for day‑to‑day site management, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and in line with CDM regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing EH&S compliance onsite
Reviewing and supervising RAMS
Controlling LOTO and Permit to Work processes
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and client teams
Delivering site inductions and toolbox talks
Managing temporary works registers
Maintaining site documentation and reports
Providing weekly progress and EHS updates

Requirements

Minimum 4 years’ relevant construction experience (civils, electrical, structural)
SMSTS
Black CSCS Card
Temporary Works Coordinator
First Aid
Level 6 NVQ in Site Management (preferred)
