B)

We are currently working with a high-quality contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a commercial office Cat B fit-out in Milton Keynes.

This is a No.1 on-site role, requiring a hands-on manager who is present and active on site throughout the day, driving the project forward rather than desk-bound.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full day-to-day management of the site

* Overseeing subcontractors and programme delivery

* Maintaining excellent Health & Safety standards

* Coordinating works and ensuring quality is delivered to a high standard

* Strong use of IT systems for reporting, planning, and communication

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing high-quality commercial fit-out projects (Cat B preferred)

* Strong IT skills

* Excellent H&S knowledge and implementation

* Confident, proactive, and highly organised

* Ability to take full ownership as the No.1 Site Manager
