We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £15m industrial development, comprising two mid-tech units of approximately 80,000 ft² each, targeting BREEAM Outstanding.

The project is-self on site, with earthworks due to commence immediately and steelwork scheduled for early February. This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for programme, cost, quality, and health & safety through to completion.

• Overall project leadership from earthworks through to handover
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Programme planning and control, including steelwork and envelope phases
• Cost control and reporting against project budgets
• Ensuring BREEAM Outstanding requirements are achieved
• Client liaison and progress reporting
• Driving high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on industrial or commercial schemes (£5m–£20m)
• Strong understanding of steel frame construction and logistics
• Experience delivering BREEAM Excellent or Outstanding projects (preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant construction qualifications
