Site Agent - Utility Diversion Project (HS2) - Bedford / Milton Keynes
You'll be working for a leading main contractor delivering a high-profile HS2 project. This organisation is renowned for its commitment to safety, quality, and innovation on major infrastructure schemes across the UK.
As Site Agent, you will take responsibility for managing utility diversion works on a busy HS2 site. You'll oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and in line with project specifications.

Key duties include:

Managing site teams and subcontractors
Coordinating with design and planning teams
Ensuring compliance with HS2 standards and client requirements
Monitoring progress, quality, and health & safety performance
Reporting to the Project Manager and maintaining accurate site records

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role on major civil engineering projects
Strong knowledge of utility diversions and associated works
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage programmes and deliver under tight deadlines
CSCS Black / Gold essential
