A leading childcare organization is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee a new Residential Children's Home in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will manage operations, ensuring compliance while fostering a nurturing environment for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Applicants should have a QCF Level 5 Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of management experience in residential care.
This position offers a salary between £40,000 - £55,000 plus bonuses and benefits including extra annual leave for birthdays.
