Early Years Practitioner – Acorn Early Years
We are looking for Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our nurseries in Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire or Northamptonshire. We will always aim to place you in a nursery closest to your home, making it easier for you to enjoy a fulfilling career in early years education.

Job Overview
This role is ideally full‑time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) working shifts between 7:30 am and 6:15 pm. Part‑time opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
Successful applicants will receive a recruitment bonus of £500 after successfully completing a 3‑month probation period.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and safeguarding procedures.
- Create and foster a nurturing, stimulating and safe environment for young learners.
- Plan and deliver outdoor learning experiences in line with our nature pedagogy philosophy.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support children’s social, emotional and developmental progress.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
- Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
- Passion for outdoor learning and creative play.
- Right to work in the UK, two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check (prior to commencing employment).
