We're now hiring a Senior Transition Manager to take charge of our biggest and most exciting new business wins owning the journey from solution design all the way through to go live. You'll shape how brand-new operations are built, launched, stabilised, and optimised. • Lead flawless transitions into BAU operations - You'll guide new start-ups through the most critical phase of their lifecycle ensuring operational readiness, resolving early challenges with speed and precision, and embedding processes that meet (and exceed) contractual KPIs. Your leadership will set the foundation for sustainable performance and long‑term customer trust.
• Shape and validate robust operational solutions for major tenders - Working closely with solution design teams, you'll build operational models that are cost effective, scalable, and operationally resilient. You'll bring credibility and insight to customer conversations, proving that our solutions are more than theoretical—they're ready to deliver from day one.
• Drive end to end delivery of new business implementations - You will orchestrate every stage of mobilisation planning, resourcing, governance, risk management and execution. Your oversight ensures that launches stay on track, on budget, fully aligned to customer expectations and operationally strong as they move to live running.
• Champion Operational Excellence and continuous improvement - You'll embed LEAN methodologies, guide OMS deployment, and ensure every process, workflow, and operational standard is optimised. From warehouse design to workforce planning, you'll eliminate waste, enhance productivity, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strengthen governance, compliance and operational control - From health & safety and environmental standards to supplier management and business continuity, you'll ensure each new site has the systems, structures and oversight needed to operate safely, legally, and effectively from go‑live onwards.
• Maximise financial performance across the business - You'll analyse performance data to identify risks, recovery opportunities and margin improvements. Whether turning around challenging start‑ups or supporting sites with operational issues, you'll protect profitability and champion commercial excellence.

• Proven expertise in Automation, eCommerce, and Retail operations - You'll bring hands on experience from fast paced, high volume environments where precision, pace, and performance matter. From day one, you'll know how to stabilise complex automated operations, manage peak volatility, and lead teams through the intensity of rapid start‑up ramp‑ups.
• End to end supply chain and account management depth - You see the whole picture from inbound planning and warehouse flows to customer engagement and commercial performance. You'll influence every stage of operational delivery and bring a strategic edge that ensures our solutions land exactly as designed.
• Exceptional attention to detail and advanced data capability - You'll understand that successful start‑ups live and die by visibility. You'll know how to build and run flow rooms, design automated workflows, and use real time data to drive decisions, spot issues early, and hard wire operational accuracy into the way sites run.
