About this Role
The Fleet Support Administrator will support the day-to-day running of our Vans Head Office in Milton Keynes, working closely with the Fleet Manager to ensure smooth, commercially focused operations. This role is central to pricing accuracy, fleet coordination and maintaining efficient processes that support revenue growth across Dawsongroup.
- Produce prompt, accurate quotations across Flexible Rental, Fixed Rental, Operating Lease, Finance Lease and Option to Buy.
- Provide vehicle delivery updates, ETAs and weekly factory order progress reports to the sales network.
- Monitor bodybuilder schedules, maintaining lean production timelines and daily update records.
- Arrange vehicle deliveries, update master build sheets and maintain accurate P11D asset values.
- Complete administrative processes including capital payment runs and vehicle handovers.
You are organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced fleet environment. You can work on your own initiative, balance competing demands and communicate confidently with suppliers, sales teams and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with in fleet, automotive, rental or commercial vehicle sectors (vans desirable)
- Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of vehicle specifications and capabilities.
- Confident using systems, spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
