Operations Executive

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Executive to join a great organisation in Milton Keynes, initially for 6 months.

You will be paid on an hourly basis equivalent of £30,000 - £35,000.

• Main point of contact for all questions and queries on a day-to-day basis
• Organisation of collaborative team meetings, forums, and engaging team conferences
• Facilitate regular meetings with internal teams
• Help with diary management for the senior team
• Providing line managers and colleagues with regular updates regarding team meetings and events
• Management of the corporate travel contract
• Maintaining company systems as required
• Produce and collate briefing and project materials, as well as internal reports for team leads

• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing clear, effective solutions
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
