A well established compliance organisation is seeking a Bid Manager to join its team. The Bid Manager leads the end-to-end bid process, crafting compelling proposals and coordinating cross-functional teams to secure high-value contracts and drive business growth.
What you ll do- Lead end-to-end bid processes for major RFI/RFP/ITT opportunities
- Write persuasive, client-focused proposals that stand out
- Coordinate cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
- Use tech and insights to boost win rates and stay ahead of competitors
- Proven success in bid management for £1m+ contracts
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder influence
- Experience with bid systems, CRM tools, and proposal automation
