You will manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 400 business customers in the energy services sector. Acting as the primary relationship manager, you will drive customer satisfaction, renew service contracts, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with support teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned customer portfolio
- Conduct structured account reviews
- Drive contract renewals and retention
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Support customer onboarding and profiling
- Maintain CRM records and pipelines
- Prepare reports and communicate performance
- Experience: 3–5 years in B2B account management or sales (energy/utilities preferred)
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of energy services (efficiency, certification, compliance)
- Track Record: Proven success in meeting sales/renewal targets and reducing churn
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Energy Management (preferred)
- CRM
Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce, Dynamics, vTiger, or similar; MS Office skills essential
- Hybrid role: 2 days per week in Milton Keynes office (typically Tuesday/Wednesday), 3 days remote િયર
