Role Responsibilities

As Business Manager, you will lead a specialist operation supplying enterprise infrastructure solutions, including data cabling, data networking hardware, and related products.

Your responsibilities will include:

Full ownership of the business, including P&L responsibility
Leading, developing, and mentoring a small team
Driving sales growth through new business development and key account management
Identifying opportunities to increase revenue, margin, and market share
Overseeing day-to-day operations, including purchasing, logistics, and stock management
Ensuring the achievement of commercial targets and strategic objectivesRewards
