About this Role

We’re looking for a Maintenance Controller to join our Bus & Coach team in Milton Keynes. You’ll help keep our fleet of buses and coaches in top condition, making sure every vehicle is safe, roadworthy and performing at its best.

  • Authorise repairs, maintenance and servicing for our fleet
  • Manage cost control while maintaining quality and safety
  • Liaise with workshops, suppliers and customers to keep vehicles operational
  • Handle breakdown calls and support quick resolutions
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and warranty compliance
About You

You’ll be the kind of person who loves problem-solving and takes pride in doing things right. You’ll have strong engineering knowledge, ideally gained within a HGV or PSV setting, and a good understanding of vehicle maintenance standards.

  • Confident making technical decisions and authorising work
  • Skilled in managing suppliers and interpreting technical reports
  • Able to balance cost efficiency with uncompromising safety
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Collaborative and keen to share knowledge with others
