The scope of the role is to spearhead growth in the industrial equipment area and identify the key departmental heads who in turn influence the final decision‑making. Your ability to manage high‑level relationships is a key element. Business expectations will vary from department to department.

Your tasks- Develop new business by meeting target number of customer visits.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base and drive sales growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Serve as the point contact for the partnership with the distribution channel in Ireland.
- Be accountable for driving the development of the relationship with the channel partner in Ireland.
- Develop and maintain a business plan for the region with the ability to adjust to business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions for our clients.
- Set up meetings and plan & prepare product demonstrations.
- Communicate solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, building and maintaining a pipeline.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Follow and report on competitor activities and other market intelligence.
- Provide feedback Voice of Customer into manufacturing.
- Experience in business development and sales, preferably in industrial equipment.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and align with business requirements.
- Knowledge of distribution channels and partner relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proactive and results‑driven mindset.
