Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our OMODA & Jaecoo dealership in Milton Keynes. Using your fantastic customer‑experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consult them on their vehicles, answering any questions or queries they may have.

• Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done.
• Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop.
• Achieving set performance targets by upselling products.
• Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines.

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Great attention to detail.
• A background in customer service would be highly advantageous.
• Experience using computer software systems.

Type: Full‑time permanent
Hours: 46.33 hour week, Monday – Friday & 1 in 4 Saturdays
Salary: £30,000 basic – OTE £34,000
