We are the leading manufacturer in our field and exclusively supply all of the teams on the Formula 1 grid.

The JobAs Sales Administrator, you will be working within our busy Sales & Marketing Team, ensuring accuracy and proficiency of the sales administration function. Processing orders and raising quotes with a high level of accuracy.
You will be working within the Sales Department managing multiple tasks, as you can imagine it will be a busy department in a fast-paced business so great attention to detail, being highly organised and working as a team is essential.
Main Duties- Assist the Sales & Marketing Team with administration and system maintenance updates.
- Ensure accuracy and proficiency of the sales administration function, using established processes and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Raisecredit notes, refunds and new invoices for returned goods and incorrect payments, as required.
- Support the Finance Team to ensure the timely receipt of receivables and issue resolution.
- Input and processing of orders to incorporate all invoicing and shipping arrangements.
- Ensure timely and consistent answering of incoming telephone calls.
- Respond to general sales enquiries.
- Work with the Sales & Marketing, and Purchasing, teams, to maintain accurate pricing.
- During quieter periods, assist the Senior Management Team and other areas of the business with administration support, as required.
- Use environmentally sustainable practices in accordance with the Company's environmental policy.
- Seek ways to reduce waste and energy usage, in accordance with the Company's environmental objectives.
- Able to achieve set deadlines.
- Maintains confidentiality appropriately.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail.

The Package- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
