Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to provide effective administration support to their Conveyancing Team. This role is office based; applications for full time work are preferred; free onsite parking is included.
Role overview
- Incoming post collection, opening and sorting promptly
- Scanning and attachment of all incoming post to case management files
- Managing unallocated post
- Managing original post items and filing as directed
- Completing all admin tasks received from teams working remotely
- Outgoing post sorting, paying sufficient postage and ensuring right on time to be collected by Royal Mail daily
- Managing own email account
- Managing all visitors and deliveries to the offices
Where capacity exists, to also assist with –
- Initial administration work on new matter files
- Ad hoc support to the teams when needed
- Any other duties appropriate to the role as may reasonably be required from time to time
Training will be provided – experience is not essential.
