Accountant - Growing Accountancy Practice Milton Keynes (Hybrid) £28,000 - £32,000 DOEButler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be working with a growing and forward-thinking accountancy practice in their search for an Accountant to join their team.

You will responsible for preparing year-end accounts and personal tax returns for a small to medium portfolio of clients, while working closely with senior accountants, managers and partners across the practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a AAT qualified accountant looking for greater exposure and career progression. Responsibilities:

• Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships
• Preparing Corporation Tax Returns, Self Assessment Tax Returns and P11
  
  Ds
• Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts
• Preparing Real Time Capital Gains Tax reports
• Ensuring deadlines and workload are managed effectively
• Supporting managers with ad-hoc assignments and project work

Requirements:

• AAT qualified and studying towards ACA or ACCA (preferred)
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience within UK practice
• Strong experience using Xero or similar cloud accounting software
• Experience with Iris would be advantageous
