Starting Pay: $18.00/hr* (specific to San Jose/Newark; may vary at other locations). Job Summary: Safely transport railroad crewzijn to requested destinations. Trip length and times vary. Safety is the highest priority. No prior professional – driving experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and practice safety awareness.
• Prioritize on‑time performance to meet customer needs.
• Pick up and drop off customers safely.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate timely with the Dispatch Center.
• Open and close all doors/hatches for crew members.
• Report defects, mechanical problems, or missing items to supervisor.
• Promote and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience.
• Pass post‑offer drug screening, MVR and homeland security background check.
• Arrive at branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on‑time performance.
