Principal Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who combines strong technical leadership with a hands‑on approach to software development. You will work across the stack to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications. If you are someone who thrives in collaborative environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and values clean architecture and maintainable code, this role could be a great fit.

• Lead the design and development of modern web and mobile applications using React, .NET Core, and cloud‑native services.
• Architect scalable systems with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Guide the team in adopting microservices and micro‑frontend architectures.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Bridge front‑end and back‑end components with clean, well‑documented APIs.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, implement Dev Ops best practices, and contribute to infrastructure decisions.
• Conduct code reviews, offer mentorship, and help elevate the technical bar across the team.

Bring a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. At least 8 years of hands‑on software development experience, with a strong full‑stack background. Prior experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
