Maintenance Equipment Technician
Location:
San Jose/Milpitas
Employment Type:
Full‑Time
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment used in apartment community maintenance
- Perform field‑based service tasks and respond to equipment‑related needs
- Utilize problem‑solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with maintenance equipment in apartment or similar residential settings
- Experience with deodorizer machines and compactors is a strong plus, but not required
- Proficient in equipment operation and general mechanical troubleshooting
- Valid CDL required
- Must be drug‑free
